Hmm Hmm..

Whew!!!
Its going to be a new day in some three minutes and I am still waiting for that simulation to end....
Home sweet home....
These days have been one rollicking ride. Working my ass off on weekdays and partying like crazy on weekends. The good thing is that time seems to be whizzing by. Early monday mornings which used to get me so depressed earlier no longer do so. I just sit back and laugh at Monday Morning and say, "Don't worry, your friend Friday Evening is coming soon!!!" May life go on like this!!!

"What's the Frequency Kenneth?
Is your Benzedhrine!!!"

Nothing to do with what I have written before that, but that's what is blaring in my ears right now as I try to stay awake while this bloody thing ends!

"What's the frequency, Kenneth?" is your Benzedrine, uh-huh
I was brain-dead, locked out, numb, not up to speed
I thought I'd pegged you an idiot's dream
Tunnel vision from the outsider's screen
I never understood the frequency, uh-huh
You wore our expectations like an armored suit, uh-huh

I'd studied your cartoons, radio, music, TV, movies, magazines
Richard said, "Withdrawal in disgust is not the same as apathy"
A smile like the cartoon, tooth for a tooth
You said that irony was the shackles of youth
You wore a shirt of violent green, uh-huh
I never understood the frequency, uh-huh

"What's the frequency, Kenneth?" is your Benzedrine, uh-huh
Butterfly decal, rear-view mirror, dogging the scene
You smile like the cartoon, tooth for a tooth
You said that irony was the shackles of youth
You wore a shirt of violent green, uh-huh
I never understood the frequency, uh-huh
You wore our expectations like an armored suit, uh-huh
I couldn't understand
You said that irony was the shackles of youth, uh-huh
I couldn't understand
You wore a shirt of violent green, uh-huh
I couldn't understand
I never understood, don't fuck with me, uh-huh"

Never could get what this song means but it sounds nice so it stays in my playlist!

Diwali is here again. I had planned to ride down to Mangalore on my bike and would have done so had the Rain-God not intervened. Now since it's been pouring all over South India, we decided not to risk our lives. But after that Bandipore trip, I have tasted blood and I need another one like that as soon as the weather clears.
I have taken quite a few trips after that one though which I have not uploaded yet. Need to. Need to.
There has been a Nagarhole trip, a trip to SawanDurga (not sure if that's how you spell it), a trip to Kabini (Oh!!! that heavenly place) and finally one to Pondicherry. All of them were fun but the Pondy trip was the craziest and the most fun......
Comnig back to Diwali. Its a pathetic festival when you are away from your family. I'll probably get roaring drunk on Diwali evening. It'd have been nice to go home....
